Our qualified valuer will assist you in marketing the property, prepare the details, recommend a appropriate guide price and liaise with you step by step. You will have to pay a nominal catalogue entry fee, but the selling fee of 2% + VAT is charged only if contracts have been successfully exchanged.
The marketing period usually lasts for a period of 3-4 weeks prior to the auction date. On a successful bid contracts are exchanged on the day and the buyer is required to pay a non-refundable 10% deposit. Thereafter, within 28 days the buyer has to complete the transaction.
