We work in collaboration with a reputable West London auctioneer. This arrangement allows the Auctioneer to market the property nationally, whilst we advertise the property locally.

Procedure

Our qualified valuer will assist you in marketing the property, prepare the details, recommend a appropriate guide price and liaise with you step by step. You will have to pay a nominal catalogue entry fee, but the selling fee of 2% + VAT is charged only if contracts have been successfully exchanged.

The marketing period usually lasts for a period of 3-4 weeks prior to the auction date. On a successful bid contracts are exchanged on the day and the buyer is required to pay a non-refundable 10% deposit. Thereafter, within 28 days the buyer has to complete the transaction.
